I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I support my clients with a variety of issues and goals, and I have specialized training to work with anxiety, depression, sleep issues, relational issues, polyamory, non-monogamy, complex trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, PTSD and First Responders.

You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, isolated, or as though you are spiraling downward. You may feel disconnected from the important people in your life. Or perhaps you have a deep wish to live more optimally from the inside out.

I can offer a warm and non-judgmental space where we can explore these issues together, and you can begin feeling safe from within.

I use Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Attachment Focused EMDR, and draw from a variety of other styles, meeting you where you are at with empathy and ideas. I often incorporate things like nutrition, sleep, neuroscience, and nature resources so you can improve how you feel within yourself and in the world around you.

I am committed to bringing the most current, evidence-based approaches into the work we do. I therefore dedicate much of my time to ongoing trainings and certifications that respond to the needs of the clients I work with and care about. I completed training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy with the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute in Colorado; and I am a Level 2 AF-EMDR therapist currently developing my practice with the world-renowned Parnell Institute in California.

I completed my graduate studies at Yorkville University and my undergraduate studies at McMaster University. My clinical practicum was completed in a trauma-focussed setting that supports disadvantaged adults and teens struggling with relational injuries, personality disorders, brain injuries and complex trauma.

Welcome! I look forward to working with you.

LGBTQ2+ Symbol

ALL are welcome.

The land on which our clinics operate have been the traditional land of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee, and Mississaugas of the Credit for thousands of years. Making Space Psychotherapy and its staff are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land. We also acknowledge and have gratitude for the elements of our work in various modalities that may come from ancient, ancestral and Indigenous ways of knowing and healing.
