Together let's make space for healing, resilience, and deeper self-worth.
Hello! I specialize in complex trauma, anxiety, relationships, and self-esteem. Your struggles can feel like heavy burdens to carry, and it can be tough to navigate them alone. My goal is to make a space where you can begin to feel safe, and welcome to show up as yourself so we can work through these challenges together.

Using a variety of techniques we will focus on building your self-awareness, developing coping skills, and improving how you relate to yourself and others.
Through our work we can reduce your anxiety and get you feeling more confident, empowered and connected—to yourself and to the people in your life.

I have a gentle approach and blend humour in our sessions! Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating—it can be a place where you feel comfortable and even have a little fun along the way. My goal is to get to know you as a person and create an environment that feels safe, supportive, and just a bit lighthearted too.

I take the time to get to know you as a person and tailor my approach to make you feel at home. This is your time, and it's all about you! My goal is to help you feel empowered, understood, and feeling at ease as we work together toward your personal growth and healing.
I have worked in community mental health to support women survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault. I have also worked with children and teenagers for many years, both through employment and volunteer roles, including with the Halton Children’s Aid Society and the Learning Disabilities Association of Burlington-Halton-Hamilton. In these roles, I’ve supported the neurodiverse community and worked to be a positive role model for those navigating their own unique challenges—something I’m truly passionate about! These experiences have really shaped my approach to trauma-informed therapy.

I completed my undergraduate studies at McMaster University, and graduate studies at Yorkville University. I continue to pursue learning to meet the needs of my clients.

Beyond my Work:
Movement is a big part of my life, and I truly believe it can be a powerful tool for both physical and mental well-being. I am extremely passionate about practices like hot yoga and pilates, which help me stay grounded, balanced, and connected to my body. I love how movement allows me to tune into the present moment and cultivate a sense of inner strength!
