1) Check that your insurance covers a Registered Psychotherapist. (if claiming)

2) Our fees are $178-$190/individual and $208/couples for a 50 min session (no additional tax). Longer sessions are proportionately higher in fees.

3) The 20-min consultation is for you and the therapist to assess mutual fit for therapy. You may NOT attend or arrange a consultation or therapy session on behalf of another person unless they are a minor under the age of 15.

4) We offer in-person therapy at our Hamilton and Burlington offices and online therapy across Ontario.

Consultations represent a significant block of unpaid time in the therapist's schedule.
Please do not book if you cannot attend. We welcome your questions!
